ZYTO Does Away With The Tower, And More...

That's the image ZYTO is using now for their Elite product. You will notice that they show only the hand cradle and not the tower.

They've done away with the tower and with it goes the ability to input items into your own library. Why? The FDA told them to, that's why. What I've heard is, they were concerned about people inputting disease-related items and thus trying to actually treat disease, which of course ZYTO must claim they don't.

What does this mean to SET-DB™ practitioners?
  1. You can no longer input anything into your database, which means you can't build up a library of local environmental samples or add products to your library. Everything has to go through ZYTO. Who knows how long it will take them to enter requested items into the database.
  2. You can no longer test to see if patients are sensitive to supplements or medications they're taking. I used to do this all the time. (I've heard ZYTO removed all medications from their own library but aren't true if it's true.)

Are there any workarounds?
  1. Certain local samples, such as pet dander, could be saved in a glass jar or a Zip-Lock baggie. You would have to label the jars or baggies "Dog Hair" or "Cat Hair" or "Local Flowers." Every few months you could send the samples to ZYTO and ask them to put them in your personal library.
  2. But how would you test a patient for something they brought in, or for samples you've saved up? You could try running a scan with nothing the Blank sample you created to blank your vials with. Then have the patient hold the sample and run the scan again to see if the number changed.
  3. If it were me, I'd check them manually for items not in the database. I used a leg-length check but muscle testing would work fine, too. If they test positive, you'd do the usual treatment. Let's say it was hair from their cat and you were doing Epidermals that day. Just have the patient hold the sample they brought with the vial you imprinted while the treatment is done.

Having to make these in some cases drastic changes is unfortunate, but thankfully isn't a game-changer. Most of what you need to help your patients and clients achieve better health is in ZYTO's library.

I think what Zyto has done is cheapen the Elite systems That Doctors that have this system should ban together a stat a class action law suit against Zyto. Or Zyto should remiberse elite owners the cost of this system The Zyto has been reduces to cheap bargain basement version of their Balance or more recent Compass system. It seems Zyto is more concerned with essential oil evaluation of non practiciners. Everthing unfortunately boils down to sales!!! Shame on Zyto.

There should absolutely be a class action suit against Zyto. So many smoke and mirrors. After purchasing they completely changed everything and tried to explain the work-arounds from the FDA warning. Sign me up if you know of one!

I prefer to have an Elite without a tower than a Compass or Balance. I think that's pretty much the way it went down. And it wasn't ZYTO's fault, it was the bad practices of a company that used the Elite and were making outrageous claims.
