Revisiting Past Sessions

6/4/2019

There may be occasions when you’ll want to revisit a past session to either retreat the patient/client for that category or to treat for items you didn’t treat before but wish you had. This might occur when you realized you didn’t set the Range low enough.

For example: you realized you accepted the software’s range suggestion then later realized it was 55 instead of 10, and you want to follow my advise to never have a Range less than 10. You might want to correct this mistake.

You do NOT want to run the BioSurvey again so this is how you do it:

  1. Open the old session. (Hopefully you’re taking the time to give each session a meaningful name so you can find it should you need to. It’s usually nothing more than the name of the BioSurvey you ran that Session.)
  2. If you are simply retreating the patient all you need to do is click the Output button in the Balancers Table. See Step 11 below.
  3. In the Log on the left, click on the name of the BioSurvey you ran that Session. For example, if you ran the Phenolics BioSurvey, you’ll click on the “11 N - Phenolics” link. It’s in blue and underlined as shown in the previous sentence.
  4. The results of the BioSurvey appear in the right panel, ALL of the results, not just the Out of Range results.
  5. Click on the red X in the Balancers Table.
  6. On the next screen, check the All checkbox in the upper left corner to select all the items. Click Next and everything is removed from the Balancer Table.
  7. In the right panel, click on the dropdown box in the upper left, under the X, and choose “Move to Balancer Table.”
  8. Click on the dR column header below that to sort the items by dR, lowest to greatest.
  9. Manually check each item you wished you had treated before but didn’t. Their dRs will be displayed in green because they will have been In Range when you ran the BioSurvey. There is no need to retreat the items you treated before so don’t add them to the treatment vial. You want the patient/client's brain to be focuses only on the items you're treating now.
  10. Click the big blue Move Arrow to move the selected items to the Balancers Table.
  11. Click the Output Button, the one to the left of the green ✚. It’s icon shows the Hand Cradle with arced blue lines emanating from it.
  12. Check the All checkbox in the upper left to select everything.
  13. Place a blank treatment vial in front of the Hand Cradle and click Next to execute the Output.
  14. Click on Create Report to repopulate the report with the new items you will be treating the patient/client for. It will overwrite the old report, but you should have printed a copy for their file and thus will have a backup.

You should rarely have to resort to this procedure, but now you know how to do it (if you didn’t already know).
