Zyto Elite Review

As I write on the BioMeridian MSAS-Pro Page, the MSAS-Pro was great because it allowed me to test patients for any of thousands of potential stressors and to make custom treatment vials on each visit. However, it was slow. Very slow.
One day I got a postcard from a company called ZYTO that advertised their LSA-Pro product (it’s since been upgraded to the Elite). The postcard had a picture of a blue hand cradle with shiny silver plates. There was no stylus or brass rod (used by the MSAS-Pro), just a cool blue device connected to a computer by a thick silver cable.
I was intrigued so I called them up and asked them if it could be used to do sensitivity testing. The person I talked to knew nothing about what I did but was able to tell me that their product could do the testing I wanted. And it could imprint like the MSAS-Pro (you need imprinting to make your own treatment vials).
It came with a 60-day trial period so I ordered one.
A small package arrived via FedEx overnight. The only thing in the box was the cool hand cradle, a three-inch tall cylinder-shaped device with a flat bottom, two silver USB cables, and a CD with software. I soon learned that while the hardware is modern-looking with its clean lines and gently-rounded edges, the real star of the ZYTO Elite is the software.
Before I tell you a little more about the ZYTO Elite, let me say that it revolutionized my SET-DB™ practice by turning the 15-25 minute office visit with the MSAS-Pro into a 4-5 minute visit. (And that was without any BioSurveys. Treatment visits are now shorter!)

Why the ZYTO Elite is so great
- It looks great on your desk. The design reminds me a little of Apple Computer products. It doesn’t intimidate like the MSAS-Pro tended to with its pointed probe and brass hand-rod. It’s very approachable.
- Testing is very easy. All patients have to do is put their hand on the cradle and off you go.
- Testing is lightning fast. Once the software has determined it has a good connection with the patient, it takes but a second to test each virtual stressor. (Maybe half a second, I forget—but fast!) You can run through a list of 250 chemicals in a few minutes. With the MSAS-Pro, I had to split that list into three 15-minutes visits.
- You can customize the reports.
- You can imprint a treatment vial custom-made for that visit, so every visit is unique. (The MSAS-Pro could do this, too.)
- ZYTO has online training videos that get you up to speed quickly on how to do the basics, like put patients into the program, customize the reports, etc. You’ll need to use them because their software is intimidating at first.
- ZYTO updates and improves the software frequently.
- Patients and sessions are automatically backed up every day (if your computer is connected to the internet).
- BioSurveys make doing SET-DB™ even easier. Magically easy. Which lets you concentrate on getting more people into your office for your great care.
- Lastly, I feel patients are more impressed by computer testing than they are by muscle or leg-length testing. It takes subjectivity out and gives SET-DB™ (and you) credibility. Put your ZYTO Elite on a nice uncluttered desk, dress professionally, and you’re already halfway to having the person sitting across the desk from you signing up for a treatment program.
What’s not so great about the ZYTO Elite
- The software generates confusing numbers ZYTO calls “dR numbers.” I call them confusing because some are negative and some are positive. This confounds many patients and I spent a lot time explaining things people.
- I wish the software had a dedicated mode for sensitivity testing that had fewer steps, fewer mouse clicks. There’s a lot of mouse-clicking with ZYTO software and there are no keyboard shortcuts. That's no longer true. My BioSurveys make visits go incredibly fast, with significantly fewer mouse clicks.
- ZYTO charges a $50-a-month “subscription fee.” This annoyed me because I figured I already paid a pretty price for the equipment and software, why should I have to keep paying to use it? But if you think of it as service plan, it’s not so bad. For $600 a year you get free software updates and unlimited (and typically speedy) technical support.
- It costs about one car payment less than $15,000. (I think the BioMeridian is thousands more, though.) Ah, but it’ll pay for itself quickly by allowing you to see so many more patients than you could testing manually or with the MSAS-Pro. And more people will buy treatment programs because the ZYTO Elite is impressive.
The ZYTO Elite is by far the best investment for an energy practitioner. The Elite and SET-DB™ and are a natural team.
P.S. Did you know you CAN use ZYTO's software on a Mac? I do. You just need to buy Parallels, which runs a copy of Windows (which you also need to buy) in a "virtual machine" on your Mac. Works great for me. (ZYTO won't be able to give any computer support or advice, but that's a small price to pay to be able to use just one computer instead of two.)
P.S.S. The BioSurveys now work on the ZYTO Select. It isn't nearly as capable as the Elite, but you can still run a SET-DB™ program on your Select now.
